Machinery Processing Workshop
We has purchased a series of advanced and complete machinery processing facilities, such as punching machine, lathe, milling machine, mould bed, multi-functional drilling machine, hydraulic bed, plate shearing machine, fluting machine, hydraulic press, which can endure a punch pressure of 250 tons, CNC lathe, which can be used for large and medium size workpieces and has a high accuracy. All of them are in the advanced level in the same industry of China.

Plastic Processing Workshop
We adopts a modernized processing procedure, which replaces ordinary workers with manipulators. It is safe and effective. Meanwhile, we also attach an automatic recycle system to the process, which make a reasonable utilization of the resources and reduces our cost. We can also design and manufacture a variety of plastic parts within 60g to 2000g. To prevent products from being disfigured or cracking in the processing, we also give an annealing treatment or humidity treatment to the various plastic parts.

Surface Processing Workshop
The surface processing workshop of We has brought in and developed independently advanced surface processing facilities. Now we have a complete set of surface processing facilities, including coating system, dry curing system, spraying system, plastic spraying system, spray-paint system, baking chamber and electrophoresis, thus ensuring products wear-resistant and sun-resistant.

Assembly Workshop

The assembly workshop has a series of advanced facilities, which satisfies effective and high-quality production demands of our company. For example, the wave-soldering technology, imported from abroad, makes up for defects of low quality and poor soldering caused by manual work, and solves potential problems of products. The reflow soldering technology perfectly solves the patch welding problem. As for packaging, automatic pack sealing machine, automatic shrink machine and strapping machine are adopted to pack different products respectively.
